I felt the retaliatory depth charges shaking the whole tiny boat when it was their turn to wreak havoc and it wasn't lost on me that any of these could be the last one. When the torpedoes were launched, I held my breath that they'll run straight and hit. I felt the excitement of finding the enemy and rooted for it to get into the firing line.
